alliance to provide enhanced customer service and custom design support using
MMC's market-leading network processing platforms.
V-Soft and ProcSys will
help customers integrate MMC's network processor, switch fabric, and traffic
management engines into a variety of advanced networking and communications
platforms. For this strategic alliance with MMC Networks, the local technical
leadership of V-Soft will be partnered with the depth of experience and
capability in network software and hardware from ProcSys. The alliance
